1. About WishOurDays

WishOurDays is an online platform that allows users to create personalized celebration websites for birthdays, weddings, anniversaries, graduations, baby showers, and other special occasions.

Depending on the features available and your subscription plan, the platform may provide website templates, photo and video uploads, personalized messages, RSVP forms, countdowns, QR codes, guest contributions, and custom domain options.

2. Eligibility and Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep your login credentials secure.

You are responsible for activities performed through your account. You must notify us if you suspect unauthorized access.

If you are under the age of 18, you may use the service only with the involvement and permission of a parent or legal guardian, where required by applicable law.

3. Creating and Publishing Websites

WishOurDays allows users to select templates, customize content, preview websites, and publish or share websites according to the available features and applicable plan.

Some features may require a paid subscription. Creating, previewing, publishing, and sharing a website may have different requirements depending on your plan.

We may introduce, modify, or discontinue features, provided we comply with applicable law and any commitments made to existing subscribers.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

Certain features require a paid subscription.

• Applicable prices, billing periods, and included features will be displayed before purchase.
• Prices may vary by country or currency where supported.
• Payments may be processed through third-party payment providers.
• You authorize the applicable payment provider to process payments for purchases you initiate.
• Subscription renewal, cancellation, expiry, and access rules will be disclosed during checkout or in your account.
• Taxes and additional charges, where applicable, will be disclosed as required by law.

We do not store complete payment card details on our servers when payment processing is handled by an authorized third-party provider.

5. User Content and Ownership

You retain ownership of the photos, videos, messages, stories, and other content you upload, subject to any rights belonging to other people.

By uploading content, you grant WishOurDays a limited, non-exclusive license to host, store, process, display, and transmit that content as reasonably necessary to operate, maintain, and provide the services you request.

You confirm that you have the rights and permissions necessary to upload and share your content.

You must not upload content that infringes intellectual property rights, violates privacy, contains unlawful material, or otherwise breaches applicable law.

You are responsible for obtaining appropriate permission before publishing identifiable photographs, videos, or personal information belonging to other people.

6. Guest Uploads and RSVP Features

Some websites may allow visitors to submit RSVP responses, messages, photographs, or other contributions.

Website creators are responsible for sharing their websites appropriately and using guest-submission features lawfully.

Guest contributions may be visible to the website creator or other visitors, depending on the website's settings. Users should not submit confidential or sensitive information through these features unless the platform explicitly supports that use.

We reserve the right to remove content that violates these terms or applicable law.

7. Templates and Intellectual Property

WishOurDays, its branding, software, original designs, website layouts, and platform materials are owned by or licensed to the service provider.

Subject to your plan and these terms, you may use the available templates to create and publish permitted celebration websites.

You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, or commercially exploit our templates or platform assets as standalone products unless expressly authorized.

Third-party materials remain subject to their respective owners' rights and licenses.

8. Prohibited Activities

You must not:

• Use WishOurDays for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or deceptive activities.
• Upload malware or attempt to compromise platform security.
• Interfere with the operation of the website or other users' accounts.
• Use the platform to distribute spam or unauthorized advertising.
• Upload content that infringes another person's rights.
• Attempt unauthorized access to our systems, data, or infrastructure.
• Circumvent subscription limits or access restrictions.

9. Custom Domains and Third-Party Services

Custom domain features may require domain ownership, DNS configuration, and services provided by third parties.

You are responsible for maintaining your domain registration and following the relevant registrar's requirements. We cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability of third-party services.

10. Availability and Service Limitations

We aim to provide a reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

Maintenance, network failures, third-party outages, security incidents, or other circumstances may affect availability.

Nothing in these terms excludes consumer rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

11. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or restrict access where reasonably necessary to protect the platform, investigate suspected abuse, enforce these terms, comply with legal obligations, or address security risks.

Where appropriate and legally permitted, we will notify the affected user and provide an opportunity to resolve the issue.

You may stop using WishOurDays and close your account through the available account settings or by contacting support.

The treatment of published websites and stored content following cancellation or account closure will be explained in the applicable plan and account policies.

12. Privacy

13. Limitation of Liability
